Upholding advanced technical system and innovative business concept, AVIC Shangda has built a close-loop operating model integrating purchasing and marketing together with upstream and downstream customers. Our company recycles returns from a customer and sells high-quality products upon purified processing to the same customer. In this way, a close loop of purchasing and marketing for the same customer can be realized to lower business costs, improve market competitiveness and obtain a win-win situation for both parties.
Customer Representatives
They are the liaison between the company and its users. They are responsible for providing users with material selection advice, ordering, logistics tracking, cargo settlement, quality complaint handling, technology introduction, information communication, and other comprehensive services.
